The Marketing Manager’s responsibility is to create, optimize and execute digital and traditional marketing strategies and initiatives to drive qualified leads and referrals to the practice. They will develop marketing budgets and calendars, concept and launch special events, and meet with our referring dentists.

Customer Success Coordinator
The Customer Success Coordinator’s responsibility
is to virtually monitor and coach patients through
their orthodontic journey. Utilizing software to
digitally monitor teeth, this individual will
communicate with patients to effectively achieve
treatment goals. This role is best for those who

Associate Orthodontist
The Associate Orthodontist’s responsibility is
to provide the highest quality of care to our
patients through superb chairside
interaction and digital treatment planning
using next-generation technology. This role

Treatment Coordinator
The Treatment Coordinator helps to guide new
patients from the initial consultation to the start
of orthodontic treatment by creating clear
expectations and communicating effectively. This
role is best-suited for individuals who have superb
interpersonal skills, the drive to develop clinical
knowledge, and are goal/sales-oriented.
Office Manager
The Office Manager oversees the activities of all the teams, facilitates the various processes involved in operations, and creates a seamless environment for productivity. Orthodontic Assistant
The Orthodontic Assistant actively
participates and assists in the direct care of
patients in the clinic. This role is best-suited
for individuals who like to interact with other
people, are helpful, thrive in a fast-paced
environment, and enjoy being hands-on.
Laboratory Assistant
The Laboratory Assistant’s responsibility is to ensure
the comfortability and effectiveness of
orthodontic appliances in order to create and
maintain a premium patient experience.
This role is best for individuals who enjoy
doing detailed hands-on work, are able to
work independently, and keep up with fast-
paced production goals.
Records Technician
The Records Technician’s responsibility is to
capture accurate imaging using state-of-the-art
technology while elevating the new patient
experience by building value at every
opportunity. This role is best for individuals who
have exceptional communication skills and are
eager to partner with the Treatment Coordinator
to curate our new patient experience.
Front Desk Receptionist
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for taking care
of the non-clinical needs of patients both in
person and remotely. This role is best-suited for
individuals who have a friendly demeanor,
excellent communication skills, and a passion
for delivering outstanding patient care.
