Position Details

• Responsible for Clinic and Lab Teams
• Ensure all team positions are filled
• Develop and update training platforms and knowledge base
• Perform regular performance reviews
• Provide backup support for various positions
• Develop and implement new techniques, systems, and technologies
• Help to design a patient’s overall treatment experience
• Design workflows, systems, and processes to ensure consistent results
• Monitor and ensure the quality of services provided
• Maintenance for all dental, lab, and technology equipment
• Build and foster excellent relationships with vendors and other business partners
• Report on and ensure all KPI’s are consistently achieved

Qualifications

• High school degree or higher
• Successful leadership track record of 5 or more direct reports
• Previous experience in high-end client experiences
• Excellent communication skills
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent computer and technology skillsSchedule
• Must be available on clinic days and on non-clinic days for infrequent emergencies
• Must be available for both Ala Moana and Pearlridge locationsCompensation Package
• $50,000 salary
